The Book of Boba Fett Chapter 1 review

For Star Wars fans all across the world, December 29th 2021 was a day of joy and cheer! After a fantastic year in 2020 with the release of "The Mandalorian" season two on Disney+, 2021 wasn't the best year for Star Wars with only one project releasing. the animated Disney+ series "The Bad Batch". However, here we are at the end of the year and we finally have a Disney+ series that everyone has been anticipating and that is "The Book of Boba Fett". Boba Fett made his reappearance in the Star Wars universe in season two of "The Mandalorian" and people were hyped! The talk around town was all about him...until the final episode..(if you know, you know) but Boba Fett has so many questions surrounding him and one can only hope that this Disney+ series will answer some of those questions! Let's review!
Boba Fett has always been one of those characters that when he appeared in "The Empire Strikes Back" fans absolutely adored and wanted more of him. His ultimate demise in "Return of The Jedi" made fans a little upset. but fast forward to 2020 and fans were back to cheering and screaming for Boba Fett! Fast forward to the end of 2021 and Boba Fett gets his own show, more cheering! After watching Chapter 1 titled "Stranger in a Strange Land", some of my questions have been answered about Boba Fett and his story. One thing that I really enjoyed about this show was the pace and the storytelling. We leave the character with an unknown mission and motive and this episode helps navigate us as through his past, present and future. While watching this show, I was talking to myself out loud and just pointing out all the small details and easter eggs I saw. Before this show aired, I had so many questions regarding so many things. It had been awhile since we saw a live action Star Wars show and trying to keep up with what's going on in the this universe gets very confusing. If you are a Star Wars fan, I highly recommend this show because it will help more with your knowledge of the universe and a better understanding of these characters involved,
Overall, Chapter 1 "Stranger in a Strange Land" was a great introduction to what should be a phenomenal series! Boba Fett will always be a unique and misunderstood character but I am hoping that this series will further explain his entire story from start to finish! "Book of Boba Fett" Chapter 1 gets a 4/5 from me!
